  • I wish I could tell you exactly when your period will return but I can tell you that eating and resting enough for your body will result in a period. My clients average 8 weeks in recovering their periods.

  • Absolutely! My most successful clients set aside time to show up for the weekly calls for about an hour a week. They also check in with the course materials each week and spend a few minutes connecting with the community. Participation in the course requires only about 15 minutes per day.
