    Getting your period back is one hurdle, future hurdles can include getting second, third, fourth periods, confirming ovulation, and getting back into regular exercise, and intuitive eating.

The Period Society is a 12-week program that gives you the support you need for lasting lifestyle changes.

Period maintenance can seem daunting and hard if you aren’t given the right tools, knowledge, and action steps to get your period back in the first place.

I help you through the process of breaking free from your remaining “healthy” ways that made you lose your period in the first place. My goal is to get you on a regular cycle, ovulation, back into exercise, intuitive eating, and improved fertility.

You need a concrete, simple-to-follow plan to take you from “when is my period going to come?” to “I CAN’T BELIEVE IT’S HERE for the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th month in a row!” with support and knowledge every step of the way. 

You never have to feel stressed out over your period coming back ever again. You won’t have to stress if you might lose your period because you started exercising again. You could wake up each day knowing you are your healthiest self. No more worrying about your period returning, what to eat or not to eat, how to exercise or not to exercise, and feel confident in your health again.
